Amazing Video by one of our supporters...
Thank you to all our sponsors for the First Annual NAMI Hillsborough 3K Walk/Run! Our sponsor recognition and kick-off event held on Thursday, August 25th at the Michael Murphy Gallery was a success and we thank all those who participated and those who could not attend as well. Please enjoy the slide show photos of the event.
We also recognized Leonora LaPeter Anton, Michael Braga and Anthony Cormier form the investigative team of journalists from the Tampa Bay Times and the Herald-Tribune who were responsible for the 2016 Pulitzer Prize winning series entitled “Insane. Invisible. In Danger” with Iris Awards. The series chronicled how budget cuts led to an extreme crisis in care for those working in and being cared for throughout the Florida state mental hospital system. Join us as we THANK THEM for their very important work.
