Mission: To raise public awareness, eliminate stigma and provide education, support and advocacy to those living with mental illness.

Education and Support

FAMILY SUPPORT GROUPS
Monthly meetings for family and/caregivers or loved ones of someone living with mental illness.


CONNECTION RECOVERY SUPPORT GROUP
A weekly recovery support group for people living with mental illness in which people learn from each others' experiences, share coping strategies, and offer each other encouragement and understanding.


FAMILY to FAMILY
A free 12-week course for family caregivers of individuals with severe mental illnesses. The course is taught by trained family members. All instruction and course materials are free to class participants.


PEER to PEER
A free 10-week course for people with mental illness, to assist them in understanding brain disorders, symptoms management, relapse prevention, coping skills and advance directives.
